As previously wrote, i’ve done a special artwork as a tribute for the Capt. Ralph ‘Sheik’ Aarts and his awesome F-16 Demo Team. I meet him at the Rome International Air Show, and had a little conversation. This one is his last year on the Demo Team, then he comes back on his assignments on the Dutch Aviation. So i decided to paint a bust of the Captain, starting from a reference photo, then i added the roaring tiger, that ’s the squadron (313 Tigers) of Sheik, obviously the flying ‘Dutch Lion’ J-015 and the 30 years badge of the team . Also they have yet published my art on their website, and i’m very proud of this !!
